Ken Atkins, executive director of Wake County Economic Development (www.raleigh-wake.org), has announced the release of the first video in its new testimonial series from a number of Triangle leaders offering first-hand accounts of why Wake County is a great place to live and work. The first video features Chip Bullock, CEO of CC Intelligent Solutions, a Raleigh-based IT solutions company that works primarily with defense, national security and eGovernment sectors.

What started out as an historic horse park evolved into an equestrian facility that serves the community in several ways.

Besides its main focus – therapeutic programs for students with mental or physical disabilities – Chastain Horse Park in Atlanta, Georgia, also has programs for children from the inner-city and children at-risk, boarding services and riding lessons for the general public. The Park is also an active supporter of the Horses for Heroes program, which provides therapeutic equestrian programs to the injured military returning from Iraq and Afghanistan.

The Parade honors the fallen men and women of the Armed Forces from all of America’s armed conflicts, including the wars in Afghanistan and Iraq. Actress Stefanie Powers serves as celebrity Grand Marshal.
